Question: When you started in daytime, what surprised you most about it?

Catherine Hickland (Lindsay, OLTL) “How hard it is. It took me years of doing it to realize that to do it well you have to really put an enormous amount of work into it. When you are working in the ‘A’ storyline, you sacrifice a great deal of your life because it takes a lot of time. It just all falls under the header of: I had no idea how difficult it is. Having said that, I’ve done everything there is to do and I really do love this medium – the challenge of it.”
