When it comes to theater, ONE LIFE TO LIVE’s Catherine Hickland (Lindsay) knows there’s no better match for her than Les Miserables. “I saw that show 11 times before I was in it!” she exclaims. “I remember thinking that if that lead character fell over on the stage before I went on, that I would be able to jump up and take it over!” The actress didn’t need to wish for falls for long as she landed the role of Fantine in the Broadway production of the show in 1995. “Knowing that I was able to be a part of history by being one of not very many people to perform that show on a Broadway stage [was wonderful]. It really was a very big thing for me; it was a life’s dream.”
