Well, hello, Angels…
I’m going to go a little all over the place this month, as I’ve been trying all sorts of things to fix my claws and fight off the cold and flue.
First of all, everyone around me has been dropping like flies at the studio. I tell you, it’s like the plague in New York. Since I have, like four jobs, I can’t afford to get sick. Like many of you, who has the time? So, get Wellness Formula Herbal Defense Complex, by Source Naturals. I really believe in this product. You can get it at health food stores. It’s got all kinds of goodies in it, like Echinacea root and garlic clove powder, as well as many other herbal remedies. You can’t use this product if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
But, like everything else, you really have to start taking these things at the onset of a cold or imbalance, not after it’s in full swing. You start by taking three every couple of hours for the first day and then just one or two a day after that. If you start it in time, it nips whatever you’re getting in the bud. Also, Airborne is another good little product that was invented by a teacher who was always getting sick from her students. They’re like fizzies, but are quite effective. You can find these in almost every drugstore in America now. Again, you have to start taking this at the onset of the cold.
My mailbag is always asking me what to do about weak nails. Seems that a lot of you beauties have soft claws. Well, me too, so I’m a good guinea pig. Nutra Nail makes a fabulous product called Nutra Nail Powder Gel, which is a very inexpensive, but amazingly effective, system that makes your nails as hard as wraps do. I can’t believe what this stuff does! My fingernails should be registered as a dangerous weapon! This products is available in a lot of the bigger drugstore chains now, as well as drugstore.com. If you are a gal with soft, weak nails, don’t walk, run to this stuff; it is awesome.
