Hello beauties! We’re knee-deep in summer now, so I’m trying to find summer stuff to write about, as well as a few practical things that every gal should know. I’ve been reading a lot about anti-cellulite products because every girl I know battles the stuff. For the past several months, I’ve been trying them all, and darn, girl, it’s been an expensive experiment! First, let me tell you that none of them really did anything except one that I’ll get to in a minute. Truth is, ya gotta give up soda; it is a cellulite-causing monster. The next thing ya gotta do is exfoliate your legs a few times a week, keep ‘em shaved (Intuition Razor with built-in soap on the shave head eliminates the need for shaving cream) and keep those gams moisturized (Vaseline Intensive Care Total Moisture Dry Skin). It helps the appearance immensely! That said, the Neutrogena Anti-Cellulite Treatment did the best job for me. The key ingredient is caffeine – maybe it wakes up the bumps, I don’t know – but after eight weeks, I did see an improvement. The price wasn’t too bad ($19.99) compared to others that got up really, really high! It’s not about the money; it’s about the results. And remember, nothing works unless you keep up with it. Another cool little ditty I found from Burt’s Bees (natural company) is Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmer in Champagne. It adds a nice little oomph to your summer look over lipsticks and is dirt cheap, which always works for me. I am not a big fan of natural makeups – I find that they smell funny, and no one has gotten it quite right for my taste, so I’m going to work on that with my company in the near future. One more cool find is great for the health of your eyes, especially if you get a lot of infections or irritations. Most of you don’t correctly get all of the eye makeup off at night, and it gets in your eyes, causing all kinds of problems. Eye Scrub Eye Makeup Remover Pads is a cool product because it comes in pre-moistened, travel-friendly, individually wrapped pads and gets it all off. There are 30 to a box, and it is worth every penny. That’s it for this one.
