Catherine Hickland (Lindsay) is no fan of exercise, but she’s working up a sweat more often, thanks to Ty Treadway’s (ex-Troy) advice. “After 12 hours working, he would haul his carcass to the gym!” she recalls. “I was like, ‘Are you kidding?’ How do you have the energy to do this?’ He said, ‘Because it’s part of my job, and until that’s over, my workday isn’t over.’ So, he kind of unlocked that for me.”
