Make Happiness A Goal
You make lists of things to do that you check off every day, right? Add being happy to it and remember that a big part of happiness is not only having what you want, but wanting what you have.

You Can Be Right Or You Can Be Lonely
Everyone wants to be right, but at the end of the day, what does it buy you? Standing there arguing with someone about being right is such a waste of time and it alienates people. I always get great satisfaction just knowing I’m right (LOL!). And if I’m really sure, I put money on it – that always moves the conversation on to something more lively!

Stay Positive
I can’t remember who said, “You can’t afford the luxury of a negative thought,” but boy, is it true. Negativity kills the human spirit, and there is nothing more powerful than the human spirit. Be a warrior! You are more powerful than you know.

You Are Loved
You always have been, you are and you always will be. Think about it. It’s true, isn’t it? Have faith in this, and so it will be. Love yourself, and it already is.

Now, I wouldn’t be the PQ if I didn’t mention two new products.

There is a product line called Pure Figi I found in the spa, and they make something I fell head over heels in love with: Body Butter Coconut Infusion. It turns your skin into something edible! It is super hydrating, smells like a drink with an umbrella in it and calmed my stressed-out skin, but I warn you, you do have to wait awhile before you get dressed, so I usually put it on after a bath and before I go to bed. It’s amazing.

Often, people like you come up to me and tell me about products you love (girls love to share beauty secrets)! Our beautiful flight attendant turned me on to Cover Girl AquaSmooth makeup. It’s a foundation that you buy at the drugstore, (good ones are hard to find), and this really is lovely. It has decent coverage, the colors are realistic and it feels good on the skin.
