Q: What three items of makeup can't you live without?
A: Lip gloss, bronzer, and mascara.

Q: Does Michael (E. Knight, AMC's Tad; also Hickland's husband) use any of the products in your line?
A: He uses my skin-care line.

Q: Do you test things out on him?
A: Sometimes. Bronzers, yeah, I keep threatening to make a bronzer named Man Tan.

Q: Have you seen any recent makeup trends that you don't like?
A: Personally, I don't like crazy colors. I like women who look naturally beautiful. That's why I make the colors that I make.
